Breakfast Casserole

This is a huge hit. I make it most holiday mornings when we will be prepping food all day. I can get everything ready the night before, and throw it in the oven first thing. Not only does it cook pretty fast, but I’ll need the oven for the ham, turkey, or pork later anyways. Also, use an aluminum pan, easy peasy clean up!

Breakfast Casserole

1 Can crescent Rolls (one one sheet)
9 Large Eggs
4 Fully Cooked Breakfast Sausage Links OR 3/4 Cup cooked Bacon or Ham
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt (optional – I skip this because of the salt in the meat and cheese)
(feel free to skip the meat all together and go for the fresh veggies! Thats my favorite, byt Mr. H is a meat eater lol)

Preheat oven to 350, pray bottom of 9″ x 13″ pan. Unroll crescent rolls, and press into the bottom of pan, pressing to the sides to form a small lip (like a deep dish pizza).
Mix eggs until fully blended. Add all other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into the pan, on top of the crescent roll.

Bake 17-20 minutes or until set.

Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
