This is the PERFECT way to make Hard Boiled Eggs. They come out perfect every time, and never crack when I peel them!
Place a dozen eggs in the bottom of a pot, and cover with just three inches of cold water.
Bring to a boil, and immediately turn off.
Let sit for 12 minutes, then drain.
Cover with cold water, and begin peeling.
Crack the shell all over, and start peeling from the big end.
