Here is a great way to create a Pumpkin treat without the Pumpkin flavor!
Nacho Cheese Ball
2 (8 oz.) packages of Cream Cheese
1 (1 oz.) packet of dry Ranch Seasoning
2 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese
Crushed Nacho Cheese Chips
Mix together the Cream Cheese, Ranch Dip mix, and Shredded Cheese. Keep the Cream cheese cold befor eyou do this, DO NOT soften.
Wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least two hours, or over night!
To serve, unwrap, and roll in crushed Nacho Chips. Press a Bell Pepper stem in the top. Surround with Blue corn chips, or crackers!
